Dear friends of the San Francisco Brass Band, If you loved Love Stories, you won’t want to miss our brand-new concert program this Sunday, October 19, at BANDthology! This special joint concert brings together two of the Bay Area’s top community ensembles — the San Francisco Brass Band (SFBB) under the direction of Dr. Jeffrey de Seriere, and the San Jose Metropolitan Band (SJMB) under the direction of Ken Nakamoto — for an afternoon packed with excitement, artistry, and musical storytelling. 🎵 SFBB’s all-new program includes:
🎶 SJMB’s set features music by Leonard Bernstein, Cait Nishimura, Murray Gold, and more — celebrating imagination, brilliance, and the joy of live performance. This is SFBB’s first new program since Love Stories, and we can’t wait to share it with you.
